There is one very important question often asked in interviews: "Why should we hire you". As simple as this question may seem, some people may find it challenging to answer. I believe that there is a strategy that can be adopted to best answer this question.   As we embark on a new year, it's natural to feel motivated to set goals and resolutions. While it's important to be ambitious, it's also important to be realistic in your planning.
